Terms of Purchase
Harzel, Inc. t/a Stock Market College
Last updated: September 2026
Please read these Terms of Purchase ("Terms") carefully before completing your purchase of any course, product, program, or service ("Product") from Harzel, Inc. trading as Stock Market College (the "Company", "we", "us", "our").
The Product(s) may include live or recorded course access; live group coaching calls via video conferencing software; course content and materials; guides, resources, checklists available for viewing or download; and other educational information and materials (collectively, the "Content"). Access to the Content is provided through websites or platforms owned, licensed, or operated by the Company, including but not limited to Kajabi, community platforms, or similar online systems (the "Site").
By purchasing, accessing, or using any Product(s), you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Website Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimers (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not complete your purchase.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other policy, these Terms shall prevail.
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any Product from the Company.
Payment Options
The Company currently offers payment via Stripe (card payments) and PAYM8 (debit order / EFT collection from your nominated cheque or transaction account) for all South African Bank cheque account holders. The payment method(s) available for a given Product will be presented to you at checkout. Except where this section expressly distinguishes between them, the same obligations set out below apply regardless of which payment method you select.
1. Once-Off Payment Option
In consideration for access to the Product(s), you agree to pay the full purchase price (including all applicable taxes and fees) as displayed at checkout.
You authorise the Company to charge your provided payment method via Stripe or PAYM8, as selected by you at checkout or via EFT.
You represent and warrant that:
- You are legally authorised to use the selected payment method; and
- All payment information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including where fraud, unauthorised use, pricing errors, or product availability issues are suspected.
All payments are final except as expressly provided under the Refund Policy.
2. Monthly Payment Plan Option
The Company may offer a monthly payment plan for certain Product(s).
By selecting this option, you agree to pay the full purchase price in recurring monthly instalments as displayed at checkout, or you agree to pay a deposit along with monthly recurring payments. Payments are processed automatically via Stripe (card) or PAYM8 (debit order/EFT from your nominated cheque or transaction account), depending on the payment method you selected at checkout. The amounts of both the deposit and the monthly payments are stipulated in your purchase agreement.
Learning Management Content Delivery
- Course material is delivered via Kajabi, an online learning management system.
- The course material is accessible once payment reflects.
- The student has lifetime access to all relevant courses.
- The Company reserves the right to pause, restrict, or revoke access if any payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed.
Payment Obligations
By selecting a payment plan, you acknowledge:
- This is not a subscription
- This is a binding instalment agreement for a fixed-price Product
- You remain responsible for all remaining instalments, regardless of usage or participation
If a payment is not successfully collected when due, the Company may, without limitation and to the extent permitted by law:
- immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Content;
- attempt to re-process the payment;
- refer the outstanding balance to a third-party debt collection agency, or to its internal credit control function, for recovery; and
- report the default to credit bureaus or payment processors where applicable.
You remain liable for all reasonable collection costs incurred as a result of your default, to the extent permitted by law.
No Early Termination
Once the 7-calendar-day refund period has expired, the payment plan cannot be cancelled or terminated early.
All payments are final except as expressly provided under the Refund Policy.
The specific Product purchased, the total purchase price, and (where applicable) the number, amount, and frequency of instalments will be set out in your checkout confirmation and/or order/enrolment agreement issued to you at the time of purchase (the "Order Confirmation"). The Order Confirmation forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the Order Confirmation and these Terms as to price or payment schedule, the Order Confirmation prevails.
Refund Policy
If you believe a Product is not suitable, you may request a refund by emailing creditcontrol@stockmarketcollege.com within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method — via Stripe for card payments, or via PAYM8/EFT for debit-order payments — or, where a refund to the original payment method is not possible, by bank transfer to an account you nominate. The Company does not control processing times, which may vary by payment method and financial institution.
If you purchase via a monthly payment plan and do not request a refund within the refund window, you are legally obligated to complete all remaining instalments.
No refunds will be issued after the refund deadline under any circumstances.
Upon requesting or receiving a refund:
- Your license to use the Product(s) is immediately revoked
- You must cease using and permanently delete all Content
Refunds will not be issued to users who initiate a chargeback, debit order dispute, or bank reversal instead of following this refund process.
Chargebacks, Debit Order Disputes, Payment Disputes & Fraud Prevention
You agree not to initiate a chargeback (for card payments), a debit order dispute or unpaid/reversal instruction (for PAYM8/EFT payments), or any other payment reversal, without first contacting support@stockmarketcollege.com and allowing the Company a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under applicable law, or under your bank's or card issuer's rules, to dispute a transaction; it requires only that you give the Company an opportunity to resolve the matter directly first.

You acknowledge that:
- The Product(s) are digital educational products
- Access constitutes full delivery
- Progressive or drip delivery constitutes valid delivery
Chargeback / Debit Order Reversal Abuse

The Company may submit access logs, delivery records, and these Terms to payment processors, banks, or debt collection agencies, as applicable.
Administrative Fees
You agree to reimburse the Company for any chargeback, debit order reversal, or dispute-related fees it incurs as a result of your action, where permitted by law.
Fraudulent Activity
Suspected fraud may be reported to payment processors, financial institutions, and authorities.
