    Thank you for purchasing products and services from Stock Market College, operated by Harzel, Inc. ("the Company", "we", "us").

    This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Purchase / Terms of Service and should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Website Terms & Conditions.

    1. Eligibility for Refunds

    We offer a 7-day limited refund period on eligible purchases made through www.stockmarketcollege.com.

    You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date if you determine that the Product is not suitable for your needs.

    Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be approved under any circumstances.

    2. Digital Products & Course Access

    All Stock Market College products are digital educational products delivered electronically via our online platforms (including Kajabi).

    Once access to the Product or any portion of the course material has been granted:

    • Delivery is deemed to have occurred
    • The refund window continues to apply
    • No refunds will be issued after the refund deadline

    We strongly encourage customers to review and evaluate the Product during the first 7 days after purchase to determine suitability.

    3. Monthly Payment Plans

    If you purchase a Product using a monthly payment plan:

    • The same 7-day refund period applies, starting from the date of the initial payment
    • If a refund is not requested within the refund window, you are legally obligated to complete all remaining instalment payments
    • Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be cancelled once the refund period has expired

    Failure to complete instalment payments may result in access termination and collection efforts as permitted by law.

    4. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, you must contact us in writing within the refund window by emailing:

    • Your full name
    • The email address used at checkout
    • The Product purchased
    • Proof of purchase (if available)

    Refund requests sent to other email addresses or channels may be delayed or not processed.

    5. Refund Processing

    If your refund request is approved:

    • A refund instruction will be issued to Stripe, our payment processor
    • Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment
    • Processing times depend on Stripe and your financial institution

    The Company does not control processing delays and cannot expedite refunds once submitted.

    6. Effect of a Refund

    Upon requesting or receiving a refund:

    • Your license to access and use the Product(s) is immediately revoked
    • Your access to all related Content, platforms, and materials will be terminated
    • You must immediately cease using and permanently delete all Product materials in your possession

    This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Videos
    • Audio recordings
    • Documents
    • Templates
    • Checklists
    • Guides and resources

    7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

    Refunds will not be issued to customers who initiate a chargeback or payment dispute instead of following the refund process outlined in this policy.

    Initiating a chargeback without first requesting a refund constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service and may result in:

    • Immediate access termination
    • Permanent account suspension
    • Continued liability for outstanding payment plan balances

    8. Non-Refundable Circumstances

    Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Requests made after the 7-day refund period
    • Failure to use or complete the Product
    • Change of mind after the refund window
    • Partial use of the Product beyond the refund period
    • Disputes raised via chargebacks instead of direct refund requests
