Live Events & Webinar Terms

These Live Events & Webinar Terms ("Event Terms") apply to all live events, webinars, workshops, masterclasses, platform training sessions, coaching calls, seminars, and any other live or virtual events (collectively, the "Events") hosted or facilitated by Harzel, Inc., trading as Stock Market College ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
These Event Terms form part of, and must be read together with, our Website Terms & Conditions, Terms of Purchase / Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Trading Risk Disclosure (collectively, the "Agreements"). In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy shall prevail.
By registering for, attending, or participating in any Event, you agree to be bound by these Event Terms.
1. Eligibility & Registration
- Events are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older
- Registration may be required to attend an Event
- You are responsible for providing accurate registration information
- The Company reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or cancel registration at its discretion
2. Event Access & Delivery
Events may be delivered:
- Live online (via video conferencing platforms)
- In a hybrid or recorded format
- At physical venues (where applicable)
Access details, schedules, and instructions will be provided via email or the platform used to host the Event.
The Company may use third-party platforms to deliver Events and is not responsible for technical issues outside its reasonable control.
3. Recordings & Use of Likeness
By participating in an Event, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Events may be recorded (audio, video, chat, screen share, or other formats)
- Your voice, image, name, likeness, and contributions may appear in recordings
- Recordings may be made available to other participants or used for:
- Educational purposes
- Internal training
- Marketing or promotional use
You grant the Company a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use such recordings, without compensation.
If you do not wish to be recorded, you should not participate or should disable video/audio where possible.
4. Behaviour & Participation Standards
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful, lawful, and professional manner during Events.
Prohibited behaviour includes, but is not limited to:
- Disruptive or abusive conduct
- Harassment or discrimination
- Sharing unauthorised links, promotions, or content
- Recording, copying, or redistributing Event content without permission
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from an Event without refund for inappropriate behaviour.
5. Intellectual Property
All Event content, including presentations, slides, recordings, materials, and discussions, is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access Event content for personal or internal business use only.
You may not:
- Record Events without permission
- Share Event access or materials with third parties
- Reproduce, sell, or distribute Event content
Unauthorised use may result in access termination and legal action.
6. No Guarantees or Advice
Events are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The Company does not provide:
- Financial, trading, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice
- Guarantees of results, success, profitability, or outcomes
Participation in an Event does not create any professional-client or advisory relationship.
7. Scheduling Changes & Cancellations
The Company reserves the right to:
- Reschedule Events
- Change Event content, speakers, or format
- Cancel Events due to unforeseen circumstances
Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided.
8. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend an Event ("no-show") does not entitle you to:
- A refund
- A credit
- A rescheduled session
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the Company.
9. Refunds & Payment Plans
- Event purchases are subject to the Refund Policy
- Refund eligibility (if any) is determined strictly in accordance with that policy
- Payment plans, where applicable, remain binding regardless of Event attendance
10. Technology & Access Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring:
- Adequate internet connectivity
- Compatible devices and software
- Access to the required Event platform
The Company is not responsible for access issues caused by your equipment or connectivity.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from:
- Participation in or inability to attend Events
- Technical issues or platform failures
- Actions taken based on Event content
If liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific Event.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Event Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America.
Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set out in the Website Terms & Conditions and Terms of Purchase, including mandatory mediation.
13. Changes to These Event Terms
The Company may update these Event Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website with a revised "Last updated" date.
Continued participation in Events constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
